Biography

Group Chief Financial Officer of Ajlan & Bros Holding. He oversees and manages Ajlan & Bros Holding financial strategy, strategic financial planning & implementation, investment appraisal and valuation, project finance, capital budgeting, financial control, financial performance and shareholders relationship management. Mater was the Group Chief Financial Officer of Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI). His expertise plays a crucial role in guiding SAMI towards sustainable long-term growth in greenfield and brownfield areas in making new JVs with international partners and lead M&As for local companies.

He was a Board Chairman and Member of many companies as well as the Chairman and a member of Audit and Risk Committees for several closed joint stock companies. He was the CFO at ACWA Power International in Saudi Arabia played strategic roles in Equity & Debt Raising, IPO, leading Financial Due Diligence, Portfolio Growth and Management for PPP projects.
